The Learning and Skills Mentor Apprenticeship is a Level 4 qualification designed to prepare you to support learners of all ages and levels in developing within a new work role. You will guide individuals and groups towards agreed goals, working within ethical and legal frameworks to ensure high standards of mentoring practice.

Apprenticeship Details
Level: 4
Duration: 12 months plus an end point assessment period of 3 months
Entry requirements: GCSE English and Maths or equivalent must be completed during the apprenticeship if not already achieved
Assessment methods:
Observation with questions (minimum two hours plus five questions)
Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio (60 minutes plus eight questions)
- Grading: Fail, Pass, Merit, Distinction
