The iCQ Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading (RQF) is a practical, work-based qualification for people who lead or supervise a small team. It builds core skills in leading others, managing performance, understanding how business works, and communicating clearly at work.

Learners must achieve a minimum of 40 credits in total:
- 22 credits from Mandatory Group A
