Course Overview

This apprenticeship develops professional coaches who work with individuals and teams to enhance performance, build self awareness and enable sustainable change.

You will develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver high quality coaching across a range of organisational contexts. The programme focuses on non directive coaching, ethical practice, contracting, reflective learning and the use of recognised coaching models and techniques.

By the end of the apprenticeship, you will be confidently coaching individuals and teams to unlock potential, navigate change and improve performance while maintaining professional standards and integrity.

English and Maths qualifications must be achieved in line with apprenticeship funding rules
