Course Overview
This apprenticeship prepares professionals to teach young people and adults across the Further Education and Skills sector.
You will develop the pedagogical, subject and professional skills needed to plan and deliver high quality teaching that inspires learners, supports progression and builds knowledge, skills and behaviours for employment or further study. The programme focuses on inclusive practice, evidence informed teaching, assessment, learner engagement and professional conduct.
By the end of the apprenticeship, you will be confidently delivering teaching that challenges learners, supports diverse needs and achieves strong outcomes across vocational, academic and technical education.
