Course Overview

This apprenticeship develops skilled quality professionals who ensure organisations, products and services consistently meet customer, contractual and regulatory requirements.

You will build the knowledge and practical skills needed to plan, assure, control and improve quality across your area of responsibility. The programme covers quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and continuous improvement, helping organisations reduce risk, improve performance and prevent poor quality from recurring.

By the end of the apprenticeship, you will be confidently applying quality practices that improve outcomes, strengthen governance and support sustainable organisational performance across a wide range of industries.

As a Quality Practitioner, you will:
